Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your desired product, add it to your shopping cart, and follow the steps in the checkout to complete your order.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, after placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. Haven't received it? Please check your spam folder.
Can I order without an account?
Yes, you can easily order without an account.
Shipping & delivery
What is the delivery time?
The average delivery time is 2 – 10 business days. In exceptional cases, this can be up to a maximum of 30 days.
What are the shipping costs?

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands and Belgium?
Megalampen.nl also delivers outside the Netherlands and Belgium. For international orders within Europe, we charge a fixed rate of €12.95 shipping costs.
The average delivery time is 3 – 10 business days, depending on the country. You will always receive a track & trace code to follow your order.
Please note: for deliveries outside the EU, additional import duties or costs may apply.

How can I track my order?
After shipping, you will receive an email with a track & trace (if available).
What if my order is delayed?
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to external factors. We will keep you informed of this.
What if I am not home at the time of delivery?
The delivery person may deliver the package to neighbors, offer it again, or take it to a collection point.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay via iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via Shopify Payments, among others.
Is payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed via a secure SSL connection.
When will my order be processed?
After successful payment, your order will be processed immediately.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can easily return your order.
You have a 30-day cooling-off period from the moment you receive your order. Within this period, you can register your return and send the product back.
Please ensure that the product, if reasonably possible, is returned in its original condition and packaging.

How do I register a return?
Send an email to info@megalampen.nl with your order number and reason (optional).
Who pays for return shipping?
Return costs are at your own expense, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.
When will I receive my money back?
Within 14 days after registering the return, after we have received the product or you have provided proof of shipment.
In what condition should the product be?
The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Do I have a warranty on my product?
Yes, you have a 2-year warranty on all products.
What is covered under warranty?
Manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.
What should I do if a product is defective?

What type of fitting do the lamps have?
Most lamps use a standard E27 fitting (unless otherwise stated).
Are light sources included?
This is stated per product. In most cases, light sources are not included.
Are the lamps dimmable?
This depends on the product and the light source. Please check the product page.
Are the lamps easy to install?
Yes, most lamps are easy to install. If in doubt, we recommend consulting a professional.
