At Megalampen.nl, we believe it's important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Not entirely satisfied? No problem — you can easily return your order.
Cooling-off period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, in accordance with the statutory cooling-off period.
In addition, we offer an extended return period of 30 days. Within this period, you can register your return and send the product back.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging

How do I return my order?
Follow these steps:

State your order number and reason for return (optional)

You will receive instructions for returning the item

Pack the product carefully and send it back
Refund
After receipt and inspection of your return:

you will receive the full purchase amount back

this will happen within 5 working days via the original payment method
Return costs

The costs for return shipment are at the customer's expense

Only in case of a defective or incorrectly delivered product will we cover the return costs

We advise you to send your return with track & trace
Exceptions
