Warranty
All products from Megalampen.nl come with a 2-year warranty from the date of receipt.
This warranty means that the product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it (legal conformity).

Legal Warranty
In addition to our warranty, as a consumer, you are entitled to the legal warranty.
This means that a product must comply with the agreement and possess the characteristics you can expect from it.
The legal warranty can, in some cases, be valid for longer than 2 years.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Solution
For a justified defect, we offer one of the following solutions:

Repair of the product

Replacement with a new product

Refund (if repair or replacement is not possible)
Returns under warranty
If the product is under warranty:

the return costs are at our expense

you will receive further instructions after contacting our customer service
